All instruments are sold to order.

Sometimes there are also some ready-made instruments for sale. here.

The prices on the website indicate standard designs, but if you have requests for your own options, special designs, accessories, etc., these can be arranged for an additional charge. Contact Nordwall Instrument to get an estimated price.

When ordering an instruments, please follow this instructions:

• Contact Nordwall Instrument via email or telephone to determine all details of the order in consultation.
• The order is summarized in an “order specification” that includes all the instrument specifications, delivery time and price. This is emailed to the customer for approval.
• The customer receives an invoice for the down payment via email, usually 450 Euro/500 USD. When the down payment is paid, the order itself is made and the queue position and price are secured.

The remaining amount is paid to Nordwall Instrument in connection with delivery.

The down payment paid is not refundable even if the purchase is not completed.

Delivery time is from 3-4 months and up, depending on how many orders are ahead in the queue. Contact Nordwall Instrument to get current information about the waiting time.

The customer is recommended to visit Nordwall Instruments' workshop to pick up their instrument when it is ready for delivery, but if this is not possible, the instrument can be sent for a shipping cost.

Nordwall Instrument provides a lifetime warranty to the first owner of the instrument. The warranty does not cover damage caused by poor care or violence to the instrument (for example, dry cracks that have occurred because the humidifier in the instrument has not been used). The warranty means that Nordwall Instrument will repair damage to the instrument free of charge, however, the customer is responsible for shipping costs or transport to and from Nordwall's workshop on Ingmarsö, as well as other material costs, e.g. for new strings, etc.
