This is emailed to the customer for approval.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>The customer receives an invoice for the down payment via email, usually 450 Euro\/500 USD. When the down payment is paid, the order itself is made and the queue position and price are secured.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>The remaining amount is paid to Nordwall Instrument in connection with delivery.<\/p><p>The down payment paid is not refundable even if the purchase is not completed.<\/p><p>Delivery time is from 3-4 months and up, depending on how many orders are ahead in the queue. <a href=\"https:\/\/subdomain.nordwallinstrument.com\/en\/kontakt-2\/\">Contact<\/a> Nordwall Instrument to get current information about the waiting time.<\/p><p>The customer is recommended to visit Nordwall Instruments' workshop to pick up their instrument when it is ready for delivery, but if this is not possible, the instrument can be sent for a shipping cost.<\/p><p>Nordwall Instrument provides a lifetime warranty to the first owner of the instrument. The warranty does not cover damage caused by poor care or violence to the instrument (for example, dry cracks that have occurred because the humidifier in the instrument has not been used).
